You can do everything online in peace and quiet from home or check-in at our self-check-in terminal in the lobby. Then, thanks to our keyless entry service, all you need to do is swipe on your smartphone to gain access to your apartment and all other areas.

We would like to introduce ourselves briefly.

We (the company Inncomer) have been successfully renting out vacation apartments since 2016.

We currently rent out DAS LENZ in Oberau (28 apartments) and DAS SILL in Innsbruck (10 apartments).

Immediately after your booking you will receive a booking confirmation from us via email. Please follow the link to get access to your digital guest directory with useful information about the region, highlights, cuisine or the best slopes.

You can do your self-check-in at any time from 3 p.m. on the day of arrival using your access to the digital guest directory. In addition, we recommend encoding a standard hotel card in the lobby.
