Welcome to our 168sqm "Chalet Tirolernaturschlaf" with roofterrace, balcony, terrace, garden with sauna & outdoor bed, covered parking space in a biologically constructed house at half mountain height on a southern slope.
YOU enjoy a dreamlike view of the mountains and over the village from both living levels as well as from the garden.
YOU enter the exceptional vacation domicile from the covered parking through the separate front door, the hallway, a small bedroom (160/200 cm bed) to the spacious living kitchen with adjoining south balcony including a dining area. On the same living level, there is also a guest WC and a storage room with a washing machine. Through the staircase, YOU reach the garden level with the large sleeping room (180/200 cm luxury bed, 90/200 cm single bed, infrared wellness lounger ), bathroom, and access to the terrace, arcades with fitness equipment & outdoor bed, garden including sauna (for private use). The spiral staircase takes YOU to the third living level with the third bedroom, two bathrooms and the large living room with access to the roof terrace.2 E-Bikes and 2 sleds are available for YOU. Ski room with ski boot dryer.
