****Hotel Bergkirstall - Welcome to our family-run four-star hotel in Wildschönau. We, the Thaler family, are hosts by conviction – and have been for three generations. Together with our team, we want to make your holiday a relaxing, inspiring, and enjoyable experience. Our house is situated amidst the Kitzbühel Alps, surrounded by mountains and nature. This setting, along with a lot of attention to detail and Tyrolean warmth, allows it to become a temporary home for our guests.
Experience the Alps anew: Whether by sightseeing train, hiking boots, on horseback, mountain bike or e-bike – or even high above the clouds with a paraglider. From Bergkristall, you can even reach the Kundler Klamm on foot, one of the most beautiful natural gorges in Austria, where the Wildschönauer Ache carves its way past towering cliffs into the Tyrolean Inn Valley. And after an adventurous day in the Alps? Treat yourself at Bergkristall, enjoy the spacious wellness area, refreshing indoor pool, and a delightful four-course menu in the evening.

Host information
We are the Thalers – and the third generation to run the Bergkristall in Mühltal, Wildschönau. We love what we do! Especially since Thomas Thaler, the junior owner, is responsible for the Bergkristall's kitchen. His dishes are inspired by regional, seasonal produce and stand for a modern cuisine with traditional, tyrolean roots.
