In Winter: without a car to the Ski Juwel: 2 connection lifts to the Markbachjoch and Lanerköpfel facilities in 2 min. Snow-safe / avalanche-free ski runs in Niederau-Wildschönau (snow-making system) The cross-country and the winter hiking trail pass behind the house, the free ski bus can be reached in 2 min. As a ski instructor, I am happy to advise you on questions about ski school/lift passes

At Jochum Appartements we offer four individual type Alpen flats with tyrollean flair and most with sepaerate entrance, each with approx 75qm, two Bedrooms a Dining- and Living-room (Sat-flat-TV, Safe, Books, Games etc.) a well equipped kitchen (stove, oven, fridge incl. deepfreeze-compartment, Dishwasher, Microwave, electric Kettle, Toaster, Egg-cocker, Coffee-machine etc.) and the Bathroom with Shower, Washbasin and WC (Hairdryer, Magnifying mirror). Either a Terrace or a large Balcony for your private use with your own sitting area. All Bedlinen, Towels, Tea Towels etc. provided. Cot, Highchair etc. on request.

By Car: Morotway A12-Exit Wörgl, Mountainroad from Centre to Wildschönau 7km to Niederau, at the crossing Cemistry(Apotheke)/Bank turn left, pass Church continue aprox 600m, pass Harmony Hotel Harfenwirt and turn left by the Gasthof Bichlwirt, left down to HAUS JOCHUM.
By Train: Station WÖRGL, Bus or Taxi to Niederau, Please contact me if a Transfer is requested
