Welcome to the Pension Marchanger!
For hikers or paragliding enthusiasts, we are the ideal starting point, right next to the Markbachjoch gondola and the landing site of the paragliding school.
All shops and restaurants are also within walking distance in just a few minutes.
We are a Wildschönau Card Premium business, which means every overnight guest receives the following services for a fee of € 4,-/adult/day and € 2,-/child/day:
- unlimited use of the Markbachjochbahn & Schatzbergbahn
- Wildschönau outdoor swimming pool
- hiking bus
- guided hiking program etc.
- With us, you receive the guest card directly at the house and can use it as soon as you arrive.
All our holiday apartments invite you to sunbathe and relax on their spacious balconies. Additionally, we have a common room with a kitchenette and TV. A double room can also be booked separately along with the holiday apartments. All holiday apartments also come with free internet access (W-LAN).

My daughters and I run the guesthouse, as well as a small farming operation on the side, with a lot of heart and commitment.

Arrival
We live in the same house and try to be there when the guests arrive.
But please send us information of your arrival time.
Our house is very central, but still in a rather quiet place away from the street.
With a lot of green space around the house and the ski lifts nearby, we are busy summer and winter.
Arrival by car: In Niederau - Wildschönau turn left at the crossroads (Raika Bank); straight ahead past the church and mountain railway, after the Hartlhof farm turn right to the Marchanger guesthouse. If you have an older GPS, be sure to Niederau, Dorfstr. Enter 158! Arrival by train: By train to Wörgl train station, from there by post bus to the nearby Niederau Berglift bus stop. From there it's only a 3-minute walk to our house Train station!
