In 2017, the extensive renovation of our "Prädastenhof" took place with the new construction of our apartment "Panoramablick". Enjoy the quiet, sunny location in the midst of the Tyrolean mountain world. You can relax on the spacious terrace or on the balcony - so you have sun or shade at any time of the day. And the best part is, these are included with your apartment.
The apartment offers enough space for up to 6 people (95m² of living space) and is high-quality equipped. (Parquet floors, fully equipped kitchen, custom carpentry work. Also, a tiled stove (electrically heated) invites you to linger comfortably. Our courtyard is a starting point for various hikes - you are only a 10-minute drive away from the Ski Juwel Alpbachtal.
You can park your car directly in front of the entrance to your apartment in the covered carport - ensuring a comfortable unloading of luggage.

Our apartment "Panoramablick" is ideal for families with 3 children, as there are three separate bedrooms (3 double rooms), each equipped with satellite TV.
The kitchen is comfortably equipped with dishes and electrical appliances (kettle, microwave, dishwasher, electric stove, filter coffee machine, bread slicer, toaster) and offers a separate dining table.
The living room features a tiled stove with an adjacent dining area and a cozy couch.
The bathroom is equipped with a double sink, a walk-in shower, a corner bathtub, and a toilet. A hairdryer and cosmetic mirror are available.
Separately, we also have a private toilet with a urinal.
For relaxation, there is a large balcony and a terrace with wooden furniture and panoramic views.
In summer, you can visit our own alpine pasture, the "Prädastenalm," and watch our farmers at work or help with feeding the calves.

Arrival
Arrival from 2 PM. You will be personally welcomed by us. If a personal greeting on the day of arrival is not possible in summer because we are busy at our mountain farm, we will reliably get in touch with you the next day. In this case, we are happy to leave the key out.
Departure by 9:30 AM.
Special Service: on site, you can enjoy our farm products fresh every day. In the self-service refrigerator and self-service fridge, you can stock up on our delicious treats.
