Tennladen Apartments directly at the ski lift!
In winter, just strap on your skis and off you go - in summer, you can immediately start your dream hikes!
The bus stop and the stop for the Wildschönau tourist train are right in front of our house!
It’s about a 10-minute walk to the center of Niederau.
In the house, there is also the Tennladen Restaurant, which is known for its delicious cuisine.
There, you can spend wonderful evenings without even having to leave the house.
Our only immediate neighbors are the donkeys, llamas, and calves from the neighboring farm.
"Just get the milk straight from the farmer" - done in 3 minutes with us!
Hardly any holiday region has such a wealth of offers. Within a radius of 20 km, there are an impressive 8 large children's parks!
Ellmis Magic World, Hexenwasser, Lauserland, Dragon Park, Alpinolino, and much more.
In summer, it's only 5-10 minutes to the Salvenaland bathing lake or the Wildschönau outdoor swimming pool!
There are numerous offers also for adults: Wildschönau - area of the hiking world championship, fishing pond, E-bike and mountain bike trail network, tandem paragliding, summer toboggan run, cities like Innsbruck and Salzburg as nearby excursion destinations, as well as the necessary rental companies in the village.
In the house, there is the Cafe Restaurant Tennladen!
The Tennladen house is located directly at the ski lift as well as at the landing site of the Wildschönau paragliding school!
Summer and winter, we are in a PRIME LOCATION.

Cancellations made up to 45 days before the date of arrival are free of charge.
Up to 14 days before the date of arrival, 50 percent of the price of all overnight stays will be charged.
Up to 7 days before the date of arrival, 70 percent of the price of all overnight stays will be charged.
Delayed or no-show will be charged at 90 percent.
A deposit of 10% of the booking amount must be made from the day of booking to no later than 10 days from this date
