The Regional Market in Oberau (next to the old post house) – Wildschönau
This year, weekly market days are once again taking place, rotating between the towns of Hopfgarten, Itter, and Wildschönau. They offer the perfect opportunity to unwind and enjoy the end of the week in a relaxed atmosphere.
On four special dates – June 20th, July 11th, August 1st, and August 22nd – the town center of Oberau transforms into a charming regional market.
Visitors can look forward to a diverse selection of market stalls featuring regional delicacies, handcrafted gifts, artistic decorations made from natural materials, as well as sweet and savory local specialties. But the market day is more than just a shopping experience – it’s the perfect chance to gather with friends and enjoy a pleasant evening together.
The Marktplatz’l is open from 3:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m., creating a welcoming atmosphere in the town center, enhanced by live music.
Right next door at Landhotel Tirolerhof, the evening continues in style with the popular Genussabend – an invitation to relax and indulge!
