Solstice Fire at Markbachjoch on June 21, 2025

Experience a magical solstice fire on the Markbachjoch in Niederau – an evening full of enchanting moments and breathtaking views.

The gondola will be running from 6:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. on this special night.

Around 8:30 p.m., as dusk sets in, the traditional solstice fire will be lit. The sight of countless fires glowing across the mountains creates an unforgettable atmosphere. From the Joch, you can enjoy one of the most spectacular panoramic views of the Wilder Kaiser and the Kitzbühel Alps.

The mountain huts offer regional delicacies, lively music, and a warm, social atmosphere – the perfect combination for a truly special evening.
