Traditional Krautinger and high-quality farm products
The Hollaus family runs the Dillentalhof which is located at an altitude of 1,080 meters. Since 1990, the famous Krautinger has been distilled here – a unique schnapps made from turnips, produced only in the Wildschönau. The Krautinger is produced twice a year according to old distilling laws.
In addition to Krautinger, Beate Hollaus makes a variety of other high-quality farm products. The product range includes various liqueurs, schnapps, jams, crackling fat, herb salt, elderberry syrup, St. John's wort oil, calendula cream, and many other natural products.
