The almost 40 m² small, but fine, apartment is located on the sunny side with a direct view of the Markbachjoch and the ski slope. In the kitchenette you will find everything necessary such as toaster, kettle, coffee maker and so on. In the living room and bedroom is each a flat screen TV, Wi-Fi is free. The bathroom is equipped with shower, toilet and hairdryer.
A balcony with furniture is available. You can use the elevator to get to the second floor.
Car parking is free and located directly at the building. You can put your skis or snowshoes in the ski and drying room in the cellar.
Pets are welcome! Please pay the fee of € 12 per dog per day in resort.

Apartment for 2-4 persons.
The apartment is located very central. You can reach two supermarkets, the pharmacy, bank, ski school and the valley station of the cable car by feet.
Nevertheless, the building is quite quiet. Just behind the house is a small river with a romantic hiking trail in one direction. In the other direction there is the beautiful "Franziskusweg", which is a "Krippenweg" in winter.
There are many possibilities to explore the small village of Niederau - everything by feet if you want.
The next bus stop is less than 250 metres away. With the guest card you can use the ski and night bus free of charge.Room distribution
