Our fully equipped apartment is located in Niederau. The exclusive location, right on the mountain in the middle of the wonderful mountains of the Kitzbüheler Alpen, is ideal in summer as a starting point for hikes or bike tours with MTB, racing bike or e-bike. The valley station of the Markbachjochbahn can be reached in 3 minutes on foot. Restaurants and shops are nearby.
In winter the slope ends right in front of the front door. The ski lift is also a minute's walk away. The beginners are lucky:
The ski and snowboard school "AKTIV" is located in our house with its office space.

Our holiday apartment Wirtshäusl is the comfortable "home" for your family and active holiday in the Tyrolean high valley Wildschönau.
The name "Wirtshäusl" comes from the fact that the house was originally built as a side house of the opposite inn - that is, the small tavern next to the large inn. In 2006, the first floor of the Wirtshäusl was converted into a spacious, family-friendly apartment. In 2016, Johannes and Heike Seisl took over the Wirthäusl from their parents and sister.

The guest tax is 3.50 euros per day and person, children up to 15 years are exempt from the local tax.The local tax includes theYou can get the Wildschönau Premium Card from us for a small fee. This means that the summer mountain railways (Markbachjoch and Schatzbergbahn) are free of charge. The fee depends on age.
When you arrive, your beds will be freshly made and towels will be ready for you.

Conditions
The price is calculated for the holiday apartment per day depending on the number of people plus a one-time final cleaning and local tax per person and day. In summer, there is an additional fee for the Premium Card with free use of the summer mountain railway.
Bed linen, towels, toilet paper, tea towels, washing-up liquid, coffee and filters, spices, vinegar and oil are available in the apartment.
On request, strollers, sports carts, carrying cases and toddler sleds, butt slides can be borrowed.
