From the centre in Niederau, take the asphalt road past the "Linterhof" to the Riedhof. Turn right at the barrier onto the fairly steep forest road and ride through the forest to the junction with the Möslalm / Pfaffenberg circular route (MTB 337). If you want to continue, turn left onto the broad forest road and cycle to the Möslalmhütte lodge. Back to Niederau you can take the forest road (MTB 337) to Wörgl and then follow the Wildschönauer country road.
